Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we strive to hold space with both flexibility and respect for the energy that goes into each gathering. Please note the following policy for all sessions included in your membership: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the first session of the month for a full refund or credit. No refunds will be issued once the first session of the month begins, regardless of attendance. If you are unable to attend a session with less than 72 hours' notice, you are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to a friend or loved one. Simply let us know their name ahead of time. Thank you for honoring the energy, preparation, and intention that go into each gathering. This policy helps us create a sustainable, respectful space for all.
