Cancellation Policy

Massage Booking & Appointment Policy Your comfort, safety, and relaxation are our priority. Please review the following policy before booking your massage treatment. Booking All massage appointments must be booked in advance. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to the policies outlined below. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client, while still being charged the full service rate. Health & Treatment Eligibility Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, and pregnancy status prior to treatment. Massage treatments may be modified, postponed, or declined if there are contraindications, including but not limited to: Fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious illness Recent surgery or acute injury Skin infections, rashes, or open wounds in the treatment area Blood clots, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or other medical conditions where massage is contraindicated Scope of Practice All massage services are professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still apply. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. Right to Modify or Refuse Treatment We reserve the right to modify or decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable at the time of the appointment. If a treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed health conditions, the cancellation policy may still apply.
